1. Registration for admission is open only to Class XI.
2. Kindly fill the required details in the appropriate boxes.
3. Provide proper email address and phone number as it will be used for further communication.
4. After Printing the Form, affix a passport size photo of the candidate.
5. Form should be submitted in the school office with a payment of Rs.500/- in cash along with the following documents attached.
   • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of the Community Certificate
   • Photocopy of the Residence Proof
   • Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card
   • Two years Progress Report from the school last attended (not applicable for AMM students)
6. Date and time for submitting the form in school:
   • 25th March 2019 to 27th March 2019.
   • Time : 09.00 AM and 12.00 Noon.
7. After downloading the form, fill in Father's Name, Mother's Name and Student's Name in Tamil in the space provided.
